I placed wrong orde
I placed an order for the wrong item. I then purchased the right item, and it charged me again for the one I did not want, so I now have two necklaces coming that I do not want.
I would like to get refunded for the two that I do not want and just keep the one that I do want, please. I ordered the VVS moissanite diamonds, and in the cart, it was the not moissanite one. So I went back and purchased the one with the moissanite, and in my cart was still the other one. So I purchased two of them.
I do not need the other two. I just need the one with the VVS moissanites. I have attached two screenshots.
The first one is the wrong one that I ordered, and the second one is the wrong one that I ordered in the second cart. So I was charged for it twice.
